Course Description

Jomo Kenyatta, known as PhotoJomo is a distinguished Travel Photographer, Explorer and Producer who will offer new classes in one of the world’s most visually exciting cities. There are daily lectures and presentations by Jomo Kenyatta as well as distinguished members of the Tri-State (New York, NJ, PA) photographic & visual arts community.

One Day Course Workshop

The One-Day Course Workshop meets for approx. 3 hours each day in a modern conference room at a determined location. Students then spend the rest of the day on the streets of New York shooting with the group while also receiving individual 1 on 1 time with assistants. Photographing life in the streets of what is possibly the world’s most exciting city is an amazing experience. There are periodic review sessions of students’ work. The workshop ends with a final review with each student producing a 15-photograph picture story/essay that will be edited together with Jomo Kenyatta, other professionals and assistants at the end of the day. This workshop is a full day that focuses on “Improving photographic skills and techniques” in addition to “Helping students overcome any anxiety or timidity in photographing people”.

Companions

This is an ideal workshop to bring along a spouse, son, daughter or partner. Non-photographic companions may join the group sessions and meals but are not involved in the critique or review sessions. Companion supplement for the Weekend Course is $250.

Location

Daily class sessions are held in a determined location. We provide ample notice to ensure that getting to class and then exploring the city is easy.

Arrival

We encourage participants to arrive the day before. The One-Day workshop session begins at 9am sharp. Arriving the day before will give you time to get acclimated before the workshop begins.

Departures

The workshop ends at 5:30pm on the same day with a review and assistance in selecting the students’ top final 15-images captured during the day.

Technology

This is a digital workshop, taught and conducted with digital cameras. If you wish to shoot film, you may do so, but we suggest you take it home for processing; to participate in critiques, you will need to use 35mm digital camera. Students should be comfortable downloading their digital images each evening to a folder and have a means for their work to be transported on a flash drive or disc for the daily review with Jomo and other professional photographers. At the start of the workshop, students will be encouraged to choose if they want to see their work in color or in black and white and they will be encouraged to stick to this choice throughout the workshop.

What to Bring

Camera
Besides your DSLR - digital camera equipment, bring a body of your creative work with you to share–a portfolio or Flash drive of images. Your portfolio can be prints or digital images. The workshop will have an LCD projector and/or large flat screen monitor and there will be a final show of all the students’ work during the final session.

Laptop
You can bring your personal laptop which is recommended but not a requirement!

Camera Gear

A Digital SLR camera is required. Students may also work with a high-end point and shoot camera. Two bodies are recommended but not a requirement, with a minimum of at least one wide-angle lens such as a 17-35mm zoom, or 24mm, 28mm, 35mm, or 50mm lens. To shoot comfortably in low light situations, it will be preferable that students have a wide-angle lens that is relatively fast and has a wide aperture such as 1.4, 1.8, 2, or 2.8. Bring several memory cards (at least 1 gigabyte cards are recommended), extra batteries and necessary battery chargers. Your laptop should have image management software, such as Apple’s Aperture, Adobe’s Light Room or a comparable application. Make sure you have a back-up system on which to download each day’s work. This can be your laptop, a portable external hard drive storage device, flash drive, or DVDs. You will need a means of getting your edited images into a folder each day for Jomo’s review—flash drives are the most practical, but you can also use an external hard drive or DVD.

Meals

Lunch is included in the cost of the workshop.
SPECIAL NOTE: At the time of registration a non-refundable deposit of $250 will be incurred (part of tuition cost).

1. Reservations & Payments
A deposit as indicated on the registration page is required to confirm your reservation for the workshop. Final payment in full is due 45 days prior to the start date of your workshop unless stated differently in the course description. PhotoJomo Workshops’ reserves the right to cancel a reservation if full payment has not been received by the due date.

2. Cancellations

3. Basis of Rates
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars; all payments must be made in U.S. dollars.

4. Insurance
It is strongly advised that you purchase Trip Cancellation, Baggage, Emergency Medical Evacuation, and/or Accident and Sickness Insurance Protection. Camera equipment, computers, and baggage are carried entirely at the owner’s risk. PhotoJomo Workshops shall have no responsibility for any lost, damaged, or delayed property, or for an individual student’s medical needs, accidents, injuries or illnesses. 5. Itinerary Changes
The itinerary for your workshop is subject to change without prior notification.

6. Passports and Visas
A valid passport is required for all international travel. You are required to notify PhotoJomo Workshops as to the nationality under which your passport is registered. Participants are responsible for obtaining their passports and visas. To participate in the workshop, you must have a passport that is valid until at least six months after the date on which your trip is scheduled to be completed.

7. Medical Issues
All participants must be in good health. You must advise PhotoJomo Workshops of any health condition, physical condition, or emotional or mental condition that may require special attention or that may adversely impact the other participants in your workshop. All students are required to complete a “Waiver of Liability” form and submit it at the time of registration. See next item immediately below and download “Liability Waiver” form.

8. Liability Waiver
Every participant is required to sign PhotoJomo Workshops’ Waiver of Liability before departure for their workshop. Click here to download.

9. Responsibility & Photography
To ensure a safe experience, you are required to obey local customs and be considerate when photographing people or sensitive locations. The faculty member for your workshop has the right to expel any person from the workshop for behavior that is in violation of the law; that is disruptive; or that compromises the group’s safety or enjoyment. No refunds will be made to any person expelled from a workshop. PhotoJomo Workshops shall have no obligation to pay any costs incurred by a person because of that person being expelled from a workshop.

PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Deposit Policy
At the time of registration, we require payment of the $55 registration fee. One, two, and three-day workshops are paid in full at the time of registration.

Travel (On-Location) workshops may differ with respect to deposits, please refer to specific course descriptions. Please refer to Withdrawal and Refund Policy below before booking.

Payment Policy
Final payment is due 45 days prior to the start date of any workshop. Some travel workshops may have their own deadline, please check the course description. All fees are to be paid in U.S. funds. No foreign checks are accepted. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, checks, bank draft, pre-approved company purchase orders, VISA, MasterCard and Discover.

Transfer Policy
If for any reason you desire to transfer to a different workshop, please notify us at least 45 days in advance of the workshop start date. We will try to accommodate your request to transfer, however we reserve the right to accept or reject any transfer. Your transfer must be to a workshop within the next calendar year.

There are NO exceptions to our Cancellation and Transfer Policies.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Enrollment is limited in our workshops, so once you have been accepted your participation is important to us – we rely on your attendance to make important arrangements with faculty and other logistics. If you must withdraw from a workshop, please do so in writing (an email to registrar@PhotoJomo.org is fine). We provide the following refund policy (please note that the $55 registration fee is non-refundable):

All New York Based Workshops
Withdraw 45 days or more prior to the start of your workshop and we will refund all payments made, less a $50 cancellation fee and the $55 registration fee.

Withdraw less than 45 days, but more than 30 days prior to the start of your workshop and we will retain 25% of your workshop tuition and the $55 registration fee.

Withdraw 30 days or less prior to the start of your workshop, there will be no refund.


Travel (On-Location) Workshops (South America, Central America, Caribbean Region including Mexico)
Withdraw 60 days or more prior to the start of your workshop and we will refund all payments made, less a $250 cancellation fee and the $55 registration fee.

Withdraw less than 60 days prior to the start of your workshop, there will be no refund.

Some travel workshops may have differing requirements, please check the course descriptions.

PhotoJomo Workshops is not responsible for cancellations due to medical or other family related emergencies. We strongly urge you to consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance for any workshop. In the event a workshop must be cancelled by us due to inadequate enrollment or other events outside of our control, we will refund all funds paid to us – or, we can transfer you to another workshop, space permitting. PhotoJomo Workshops is not responsible for reimbursement of non-refundable airline tickets, or outside hotel rooms in the event a workshop is cancelled. Information may be found here. Course Cancellation
Occasionally, we cancel a class because of low enrollment. In this case, we will refund all monies paid, in full. We cannot be responsible for non-refundable airline tickets unused because of a course cancellation. Our limit of liability is to return all monies paid to PhotoJomo Workshops.

Instructor Replacement
It is the nature of the business that occasionally Jomo Kenyatta or listed instructors may become unable to participate because of a change in his or her professional schedule. If we are forced to replace an instructor\s, we will do so with someone of equal or similar credentials. When time permits, we will inform all those registered.

Discount Plans
PhotoJomo Workshops offers a few discount plans for students. These discounts primarily cover only one-week workshops taken in New York. Discounts are non-transferable and must be used in the calendar year earned. No additional discounts will apply to workshops sequences that offer their own discount plan. Discount plans may not be compounded. There are a few workshops for which no discount will apply. Discount offers may not be combined with any other offer.
**International Workshops (South America, Central America and the Caribbean region including Mexico) - To qualify for any discount, you must be registered for the meals and accommodations (All-Inclusive) package.

Multiple course discounts:
A 10% tuition discount is available to students taking multiple one-week or longer workshops in one calendar year here in New York. Weekend classes are not eligible. Full tuition is charged for the most expensive workshop and then a 10% discount is credited for all additional workshops.

Multiple family/ company discounts:
A 10% discount is offered for each additional person attending a workshop from the same immediate family. The discount is deducted from the lowest tuition(s). This same discount is available to organizations that send multiple workshop participants and applies only to week long workshops in New York.

Bring a Friend:
Returning alumni – receive a 10% discount on your workshop when you bring a friend or family member! Both you and your companion receive a 10% discount on your respective workshops. There are some restrictions: the companion must be new to PHOTOJOMO WORKSHOPS and both you and the companion must register for your workshop choice on the same day and attend the same week/s. Applies only to one-week long or longer workshops.

Parents, Grandparents and Young Artists:
Sign up for a workshop at the same time as your teen is registered for one of our Young Artist sessions. You both are eligible for a 10% discount, and you both can spend an engaging week doing something you love to do! Applies only to one-week workshops in based in New York.


COURSE LEVELS & DIFFICULTY

Workshops are designed for students with a specific level of technical knowledge and experience. Students should apply only to those courses within the appropriate experience levels. Courses with prerequisites are listed as such. Some master classes, advanced craft and technical workshops require that you submit a selection of work for acceptance. Please be sure to view the portfolio requirements and submission guidelines. Film applicants must include a current résumé outlining production experience with the application.

Photographic Levels

  • Beginner - Students new to photography with little or no formal training. Digital students have basic computer skills.
  • Intermediate - Students have a basic understanding of photographic processes and technology and should be comfortable using a SLR camera in manual mode. Digital students are familiar with Adobe Lightroom software or similar organizational /editing application.
  • Advanced - Students have at least three years’ experience making photographs, a portfolio of personal work and some experience in classes and workshops. Digital photography students are comfortable with Adobe Photoshop editing skills.
  • Master - Advanced students and working professionals have at least five years’ experience and several portfolios of work. Digital Photographers are comfortable with advanced imaging techniques using Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom, depending upon the course.

Film & Video Levels

  • Beginner - Students new to filmmaking with little or no professional training, or production experience.
  • Intermediate - Students with one or two years in film education or as a professional in film, video, or television. A basic understanding of technology, terminology, and production methods is required.
  • Advanced - Film school graduates or working professionals with three or more years of experience in a specific field. Technical and production knowledge is required.
  • Master - Working professionals with five or more years’ experience in a specific field. Advanced technical knowledge and production experience is necessary.

Multimedia & Animation

  • Beginner - Students have basic computer skills, but no formal training in digital imaging, multimedia or animation.
  • Intermediate - Students use a Macintosh regularly and are familiar with basic digital imaging, multimedia and animation software.
  • Advanced - Students have completed basic training with digital imaging, multimedia or animation software and have a portfolio or reel of work.
  • Master - Advanced students work professionally using a Macintosh and various software applications or have completed basic and advanced training courses in related software.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Whether you are traveling to New York, South America, Central America, the Caribbean region or one of our other varied locations, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against:
1) unforeseen circumstances that might prevent your attendance; or
2) a Course cancellation.

We suggest a plan that offers coverage for medical/dental emergencies, lost baggage, missed connections, and trip cancellation, should you unexpectedly need to cancel. Course Description

The workshop ends with a final show with each student producing a 15-photograph picture story/essay that will be edited together with Jomo Kenyatta, other professionals and assistants on the day before the final day of the workshop. This workshop focuses on “Improving photographic skills and techniques” in addition to “Helping students overcome any anxiety or timidity in photographing people”.

Companions

Photographic Levels

  • Beginner - Students new to photography with little or no formal training. Digital students have basic computer skills.
  • Intermediate - Students have a basic understanding of photographic processes and technology and should be comfortable using a SLR camera in manual mode. Digital students are familiar with Adobe Lightroom software or similar organizational /editing application.
  • Advanced - Students have at least three years’ experience making photographs, a portfolio of personal work and some experience in classes and workshops. Digital photography students are comfortable with Adobe Photoshop editing skills.

  • Advanced - Film school graduates or working professionals with three or more years of experience in a specific field. Technical and production knowledge is required.
  • Master - Working professionals with five or more years’ experience in a specific field. Advanced technical knowledge and production experience is necessary.

Multimedia & Animation

  • Beginner - Students have basic computer skills, but no formal training in digital imaging, multimedia or animation.
  • Intermediate - Students use a Macintosh regularly and are familiar with basic digital imaging, multimedia and animation software.

Course Description

Jomo Kenyatta, known as PhotoJomo is a distinguished Travel Photographer, Explorer and Producer who will offer new classes in one of the world’s most visually exciting cities. There are daily lectures and presentations by Jomo Kenyatta as well as distinguished members of the Tri-State (New York, NJ, PA) photographic & visual arts community.

One-Week Course Workshop

The One-Week Course Workshop meets daily for approx. 4-5 hours each day in a modern conference room at a determined location. Students are encouraged to spend the rest of each day over the 7-day workshop, which starts on a Sunday afternoon and finishes at noon the following Saturday, exploring and photographing life in the streets of what is possibly the world’s most exciting city. There are daily edit sessions of students’ work. The workshop ends with a final show with each student producing a 15-photograph picture story/essay that will be edited together with Jomo Kenyatta, other professionals and assistants on the day before the final day of the workshop. This workshop focuses on “Improving photographic skills and techniques” in addition to “Helping students overcome any anxiety or timidity in photographing people”. Jomo Kenyatta introduces his own techniques and approach for creating spontaneous and authentic photographs of New York life. Kenyatta helps students find a sense of purpose in their photography-and pushes students to tap into their personal interests and passions to help them better share a visual response to their emotions and perceptions of the world around them. The workshop also pushes students to think in terms of creating a narrative with a set of photographs, and helps students find their own personal vision and artistic expression.

Students will be encouraged to choose a theme and spend half of each day photographing that theme. Jomo will provide and help students choose from a wide range of photographic themes. Kenyatta will additionally provide students with an extensive list of places and subject matter to photograph in the city. Students may also choose a much narrower theme-if they have a passion for one particular-theme of life, event, or place in the city.

Jomo spends 30 minutes daily with each student reviewing and editing the previous day’s work. Students will work towards establishing a 15-image picture story or photo essay to be shown at the final class on Saturday morning.

Students are guests for a group dinner on Monday night and a final dinner on Friday evening. The workshop is held in a very convenient, exciting, and safe location.

Students find their own lodging during the week, but the possibilities are plentiful-including many locations in NY that are a convenient commute from the determined location.

Students will shoot with a 35mm digital camera and will decide from the outset if they will photograph in color or convert their story to black and white. Jomo Kenyatta is a specialist at photographing people and teaching photographic technique, especially how to approach subject matters and loose timidity and anxiety when photographing people. Students will need to bring a 35mm digital camera to the workshop and Jomo Kenyatta encourages all students to have at least one wide angle lens such as a 28mm, 35mm, or wide angle zoom lens.

This workshop is an amazing opportunity to “Improve Your Eye”, and to “Grow as a Photographer”–while capturing images that represent spontaneity, authenticity, and reveal the magic and poetry of daily life in the streets of New York.

Companions

This is an ideal workshop to bring along a spouse, son, daughter or partner. Non-photographic companions may join the group sessions and meals but are not involved in the critique or review sessions. Companion supplement for the Course is $500.

Location

Daily class sessions are held in a determined location. We provide ample notice to ensure that getting to class and then exploring the city is easy.

Arrival

Try to arrive on Saturday. The first workshop session will begin at 1pm on Sunday but arriving Saturday morning will give you an evening to get acclimated before the workshop begins on Sunday.

Departures

The workshop ends at noon, Saturday, with a show of the students’ final 15-image photo stories made during the week. Students are free to leave on Saturday afternoon, which would enable those needing to get back to work on Monday the time to do so. Those wishing to stay in the region longer are free to continue their trip Saturday afternoon.

Technology

This is a digital workshop, taught and conducted with digital cameras. If you wish to shoot film, you may do so, but we suggest you take it home for processing; to participate in critiques, you will need to use 35mm digital camera. Students should be comfortable downloading their digital images each evening to a folder and have a means for their work to be transported on a flash drive or disc for the daily review with Jomo and other professional photographers. At the start of the workshop, students will be encouraged to choose if they want to see their work in color or in black and white and they will be encouraged to stick to this choice throughout the workshop.

What to Bring

Camera
Besides your DSLR - digital camera equipment, bring a body of your creative work with you to share–a portfolio or Flash drive of images. Your portfolio can be prints or digital images. The workshop will have an LCD projector and/or large flat screen monitor and there will be a final show of all the students’ work during the final session.

Laptop
You can bring your personal laptop which is recommended but not a requirement!

Camera Gear

A digital SLR camera is required. Students may also work with a high-end point and shoot camera. Two bodies are recommended but not a requirement, with a minimum of at least one wide-angle lens such as a 17-35mm zoom, or 24mm, 28mm, 35mm, or 50mm lens. To shoot comfortably in low light situations, it will be preferable that students have a wide-angle lens that is relatively fast and has a wide aperture such as 1.4, 1.8, 2, or 2.8. Bring several memory cards (at least 1 gigabyte cards are recommended), extra batteries and necessary battery chargers. Your laptop should have image management software, such as Apple’s Aperture, Adobe’s Light Room or a comparable application.

Make sure you have a back-up system on which to download each day’s work. This can be your laptop, a portable external hard drive storage device, flash drive, or DVDs. You will need a means of getting your edited images into a folder each day for Jomo’s review—flash drives are the most practical, but you can also use an external hard drive or DVD.

Meals

The first and last meals are included in the cost of the workshop. You will be a guest of the workshop for a group opening dinner on Monday night and at the final dinner Friday night. Aside from the two group meals, breakfasts, lunches and dinners are independent although students are encouraged to join each other in local restaurants and cafes.
SPECIAL NOTE: At the time of registration a non-refundable deposit of $250 will be incurred (part of tuition cost).

1. Reservations & Payments
A deposit as indicated on the registration page is required to confirm your reservation for the workshop. Final payment in full is due 45 days prior to the start date of your workshop unless stated differently in the course description. PhotoJomo Workshops’ reserves the right to cancel a reservation if full payment has not been received by the due date.

3. Basis of Rates
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars; all payments must be made in U.S. dollars.

4. Insurance
It is strongly advised that you purchase Trip Cancellation, Baggage, Emergency Medical Evacuation, and/or Accident and Sickness Insurance Protection. Camera equipment, computers, and baggage are carried entirely at the owner’s risk. PhotoJomo Workshops shall have no responsibility for any lost, damaged, or delayed property, or for an individual student’s medical needs, accidents, injuries or illnesses. 5. Itinerary Changes
The itinerary for your workshop is subject to change without prior notification.

6. Passports and Visas
A valid passport is required for all international travel. You are required to notify PhotoJomo Workshops as to the nationality under which your passport is registered. Participants are responsible for obtaining their passports and visas. To participate in the workshop, you must have a passport that is valid until at least six months after the date on which your trip is scheduled to be completed.

7. Medical Issues
All participants must be in good health. You must advise PhotoJomo Workshops of any health condition, physical condition, or emotional or mental condition that may require special attention or that may adversely impact the other participants in your workshop. All students are required to complete a “Waiver of Liability” form and submit it at the time of registration. See next item immediately below and download “Liability Waiver” form.

9. Responsibility & Photography
To ensure a safe experience, you are required to obey local customs and be considerate when photographing people or sensitive locations. The faculty member for your workshop has the right to expel any person from the workshop for behavior that is in violation of the law; that is disruptive; or that compromises the group’s safety or enjoyment. No refunds will be made to any person expelled from a workshop. PhotoJomo Workshops shall have no obligation to pay any costs incurred by a person because of that person being expelled from a workshop.

PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Deposit Policy
At the time of registration, we require payment of the $55 registration fee. One, two, and three-day workshops are paid in full at the time of registration.

Travel (On-Location) workshops may differ with respect to deposits, please refer to specific course descriptions. Please refer to Withdrawal and Refund Policy below before booking.

Payment Policy
Final payment is due 45 days prior to the start date of any workshop. Some travel workshops may have their own deadline, please check the course description. All fees are to be paid in U.S. funds. No foreign checks are accepted. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, checks, bank draft, pre-approved company purchase orders, VISA, MasterCard and Discover.

Transfer Policy
If for any reason you desire to transfer to a different workshop, please notify us at least 45 days in advance of the workshop start date. We will try to accommodate your request to transfer, however we reserve the right to accept or reject any transfer. Your transfer must be to a workshop within the next calendar year.

There are NO exceptions to our Cancellation and Transfer Policies.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Enrollment is limited in our workshops, so once you have been accepted your participation is important to us – we rely on your attendance to make important arrangements with faculty and other logistics. If you must withdraw from a workshop, please do so in writing (an email to registrar@PhotoJomo.org is fine). We provide the following refund policy (please note that the $55 registration fee is non-refundable):

All New York Based Workshops
Withdraw 45 days or more prior to the start of your workshop and we will refund all payments made, less a $50 cancellation fee and the $55 registration fee.

Withdraw less than 45 days, but more than 30 days prior to the start of your workshop and we will retain 25% of your workshop tuition and the $55 registration fee.

Withdraw 30 days or less prior to the start of your workshop, there will be no refund.


Travel (On-Location) Workshops (South America, Central America, Caribbean Region including Mexico)
Withdraw 60 days or more prior to the start of your workshop and we will refund all payments made, less a $250 cancellation fee and the $55 registration fee.

Withdraw less than 60 days prior to the start of your workshop, there will be no refund.

PhotoJomo Workshops is not responsible for cancellations due to medical or other family related emergencies. We strongly urge you to consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance for any workshop. In the event a workshop must be cancelled by us due to inadequate enrollment or other events outside of our control, we will refund all funds paid to us – or, we can transfer you to another workshop, space permitting. PhotoJomo Workshops is not responsible for reimbursement of non-refundable airline tickets, or outside hotel rooms in the event a workshop is cancelled. Information may be found here. Course Cancellation
Occasionally, we cancel a class because of low enrollment. In this case, we will refund all monies paid, in full. We cannot be responsible for non-refundable airline tickets unused because of a course cancellation. Our limit of liability is to return all monies paid to PhotoJomo Workshops.

Instructor Replacement
It is the nature of the business that occasionally Jomo Kenyatta or listed instructors may become unable to participate because of a change in his or her professional schedule. If we are forced to replace an instructor\s, we will do so with someone of equal or similar credentials. When time permits, we will inform all those registered.

Discount Plans
PhotoJomo Workshops offers a few discount plans for students. These discounts primarily cover only one-week workshops taken in New York. Discounts are non-transferable and must be used in the calendar year earned. No additional discounts will apply to workshops sequences that offer their own discount plan. Discount plans may not be compounded. There are a few workshops for which no discount will apply. Discount offers may not be combined with any other offer.
**International Workshops (South America, Central America and the Caribbean region including Mexico) - To qualify for any discount, you must be registered for the meals and accommodations (All-Inclusive) package.

Multiple course discounts:
A 10% tuition discount is available to students taking multiple one-week or longer workshops in one calendar year here in New York. Weekend classes are not eligible. Full tuition is charged for the most expensive workshop and then a 10% discount is credited for all additional workshops.

Multiple family/ company discounts:
A 10% discount is offered for each additional person attending a workshop from the same immediate family. The discount is deducted from the lowest tuition(s). This same discount is available to organizations that send multiple workshop participants and applies only to week long workshops in New York.

Bring a Friend:
Returning alumni – receive a 10% discount on your workshop when you bring a friend or family member! Both you and your companion receive a 10% discount on your respective workshops. There are some restrictions: the companion must be new to PHOTOJOMO WORKSHOPS and both you and the companion must register for your workshop choice on the same day and attend the same week/s. Applies only to one-week long or longer workshops.

Parents, Grandparents and Young Artists:
Sign up for a workshop at the same time as your teen is registered for one of our Young Artist sessions. You both are eligible for a 10% discount, and you both can spend an engaging week doing something you love to do! Applies only to one-week workshops in based in New York.
